Got a call from this no. today. It sounded like a call centre so I hung up before they could apparently. Don't these phone calls cost them anything - why do they hang up.
I believe this is a PPI call, I do not wnat these call to my mobile and certainly not a 00.17 AM yes midnight!!

Received a call from this 020 37270486, there was an automated message stating that the call is from HMRC and there was a fraud case linked to my name and if I didn’t press 1 to speak to an advisor I’d immediately go to jail. I then got connected to an advisor with non british accent that asked me my name, I was busy looking the number up online so told the person to hold the line and he hung up immediately. I then called this number back and a lady answered saying it’s an architectur firm. I said that some
SCAM - has to be. This number called me today. I do not answer unrecognised numbers. They left a voice mail, foreign voice, couldn't really pick up on everything said, voice was quite deep. They did say I needed to make a payment and to answer emails. Up until this mornings call I had had no emails asking for payment - not that I would answer them anyway. email in my Inbox purporting to be from Bulb (My Energy Company) - I have a DD with them they would not act in this way = DELETED !
