Have been ringing me for days and finally caught me out when I answered. Said their records show they could save me some money on my mortgage! Bearing in mind I’ve just tied in to a fixed rate with a completely different bank to see how and told them so, then he asked what I’m paying in insurance premiums and when I said I’d really rather not say, he just hung up! After reading the reviews on here I thought I d give them a pop as they seemed legit when they rang and had correct info. Surprised me a bit but ended up winning me some ppi back that had previously been declined. Happy customer here.

SCAM Presume it's a scam. Called by them several times in the last few days without anyone speaking. Today someone started to speak but hung up as soon as I started to instruct them to remove my number from their call list.
