Automated call. You get caught off guard by the woman who gives her name and company, but it s a recording, and it waits for you to talk before triggering the next set response. It wants you to confirm that you were in a car accident within the last 3 years that wasn t your fault. If you stay silent, it hangs up after playing the message 3 times.
