Automated message saying it was inland revenue and there was a fraud case against my name! Payg phone number, no fraud case against my name at all! Told me I had to press 1 to get my details, nope, no way am I gonna do that!

Rang it back after a missed call and there was something not quite right, so i hung up.
SCAM / SPAM This is a scam operation, cold-calling British expats overseas (probably from a database of names and numbers) and trying to sell them insurance, investments or other financial products. They claim to be a financial advisory company called GCM Global Connect Marketing https://globalconnectmarketing.co.uk/ But all the numbers are fake. They call from 020 3885 6XXX, the number on the website is invalid. The site is hosted anonymously with GoDaddy. You can't call any of the numbers back -

They claimed to be from social services and to have delivered my last moblity scooter. They didn t; I know personally the man who did. In any case why would Rotherham Social Services be involved in delivering to South Wales?

It was a computer generated voice telling me that my card was being used for a £700 transaction. I ended the call and checked all my cards online. No such transaction so I took it that this us a scam.

0800 533 5055 is RAC calling. They call me a few times a day and won t stop calling when you ask them to remove your phone number. Wish they would just stop calling as it s getting really annoying now.
