Then wanted the bank name and number off my VISA card. I did give them a wrong bank name, and then they asked for the long number on my card and told me it was a customer number, once again I fabricated a number then they asked for the number on the back of the card to verify who I was. SCAM!!!!! - Claims to be Amazon about an order - "if you haven't placed this order - press 1". ... I don't have an amazon account, & have heard of this scam before many times. I blocked the number.
