Fraud ...saying there has been a payee added to your account at LLOYDS bank. Gives a link to LLOYDS when you call the number it goes straight to the answering machine. Sent them a text saying their number was with the police and blocked them.

Received a call offering a free tablet, declined as I did not believe they were calling from Vodafone themselves, and hung up. Then received a seemingly automated text message from Vodafone advising the call was genuine, but the grammar in the text was poor - "infact", "you wasn t sure", "removed you from our list of customer" - so I can t be sure if it is genuine. Surely a big company like that would check something so simple?
SCAM- Says they are Amazon Prime and they are informing me about my renewal and gave me a cost. Then asked is I wished to cancel this. Definitely SCAM as I do not have an account.

No answer when I picked up. Part of a series of different suspicious mobile numbers to have called me since yesterday. Only one of them responded when I picked up a (an automated message supposedly from my unnamed Internet provider).
Its scam! Call them back and tell them that you want them to cancel your number!

Trying to get me to sign up for extra telemarketing/scam protection - ironically! Claimed to be from BT, but they have told me that they never cold call.

Appears to be operating in the UK, English accent. Claims to be from an energy supplier from 'your area' however they are cold calling and know nothing about you. They will hang up quickly as soon as you query further, they will ask for personal details. Believe they are trying to sell loft insulation / boilers unsolicited however be careful they are also likely putting you out of pocket and potentially a SCAM.
