SCAM / SPAM London land-line. Virtual voice claiming to be HMRC UK Tax Authority and Inland Revenue. Voice asks to be called back or "you will face the legal consequences". This is threatening behaviour and some people will be intimidated by that.
Automated call purporting to be from the national crime agency - apparently my NI number has been involved in illegal activity and it's going to be suspended. "Press 1 to talk to an officer".
This number called me and then immediately hung up as soon as I answered
