SCAM Called claims to be from BT and ask you to download Quick Support to test your connection. Once they get the 9 digit ID they can then see your screen They ask you to log into websites, copy the url to 'test' the connection. Luckily my pw auto logs in, so I didn't type it. Be wary as on the BT website it does say they wouldn't ask you to screen share

Some sort of accident claim company. At first tried to suggest he was working with my insurance company but when I asked which one he said he worked alongside them. I put the phone down, hopefully he wont call back.
Am currently receiving calls twice a day from this number...except I'm not.. because I've just bought a BT cordless phone with call blocker. It really works and if the number is in your blocked numbers list a recorded message tells them to hang up and you don't even hear it ring. It was worth every penny to stop these annoying calls.
