Automated call from number claiming to be Amazon. ?39.99 will be debited from my bank account. Press 1 to stop this payment. It then takes you to a premium rate number and you get charged. Absolute SCAM!!!! This is the 3rd call in less than 2 hours all from different numbers.

Introduced himself, William Turner? from ? refund solutions? Asked for me by name, then wanted to check address. I asked refund from what? He responded you answer a question with a question? I repeated refund from what?, responded same way but tone of voice altered, more aggressive, annoyed I wasn t doing what he wanted! I hung up after remarking on his rudeness and lack of politeness.
