Possible SCAM/SPAM? Asked for a man who I regularly get phone calls for (we must have a similar phone number). Talking about a potential claim for reimbursement following car finance taken out 10-12 years ago. Didn't feel right as I said I did not know the person they were after and they went on to give me what felt like fairly personal information. The man in question seems to be wanted by a lot of solicitors - maybe he's a wrongun - and that phonecall was a front to get access to him?

Carphone warehouse trying to sell me a mobile phone subscription, ignoring the TPS list and refused to pass me through to management to file a complaint and get my number removed. filed a complaint with the TPS service.
Scam - automated message saying my national insurance number is compromised. I hung up, when I phoned the number back, a real person answered , saying 'hello' obviously a scam trying to get money from people.
