Automated message "Case filed by HMRC for tax avoidance, arrest warrant issued, press 1 for more information". Clearly fraud, number blocked!
They ring then hang up so you will call them back on a high premium rate. Tis a con.
They are calling allegedly about problems with NI and want you to call them back to "resolve" the case. Sounds like a scam.

Thank you to all the people in thread!! I would of normally been caught with this scam, but it just didn t sound good when I was asked at the end of my loan app to ring another number, and a 090 number at that! There s no reason for a legit loan company to ask you to ring them back especially on a premium number! A legit company would just transfer you to the accounting department!!
