Asian guy. Probably dodgy.
Got a cold call at 13:03 31/05/14. I am registered with TPS & do not accept any cold calls ever. So when he said "Hello I am Richard from the Green Power Company" I simply but loudly replied "We do not accept any cold calls GO AWAY". He said "sorry sir" and then rang off. I believe this is yet another market research company who can not be stopped from making cold calls as they are not directly trying to sell. I really wish the law could be changed on this.
Rings frequently but leaves no message when I wait for the answerphone before answering in case it s a scam.

Five calls in one day, all silent.
Calling to confirm the delivery but tried to get into Domestic and General insurance cover without outright stating first off to ask if Insurance is required. Very polite and confirmed that I would NOT be signed up to an insurance plan. All the delivery bits were explained well, they re just doing a job, they should improve the initial wording a bit, probably why so many people are getting irate.
