SCAM Pretended to be calling from BT Open Reach about my misuse of the internet and threatening to cut me off. Insisted that BT controls the entire country's internet access. Clearly was unaware of cable companies!

SPAM This number has rung my landline twice today, and hung up both tines, as soon as my answerphone kicked in. As my answerphone message says only “Please leave a message”, which they didn’t, I can only assume it’s another scam call. I’ve had several this week, ranging from “We’re cutting your internet off due to illegal activity” to “Your national insurance number is being used for illegal purposes and if you don’t call us back it will be regarded as...blah blah blah”, so ignoring it.
