I had several calls from the company Web Security Experts with regards to renewing computer security, saying that 4 years ago I paid a membership fee, which I have no knowledge of knowing. They have threatened to take money from bank account. I searched from email and other correspondence from them but cannot find nothing. Indian sounding female with lots of outside sounding background noise Asked for me by name I asked why was she calling and she said something about insurance I asked her to remove my details from her system and not to call me again She agreed I blocked the number

Recorded female voice tells you your Amazon Prime membership has expired and you've been charged £95 at which point i hung up
Told me he knew me and said I needed new loft insulation when I questioned him about this statement and told him I had not long ago replaced it he replied "replaced what!" I repeated loft insulation and he said some profanity and slammed the phone down on me...stay awawy from this one is my advice!
