This caller pretended to be from my mortgage company, but quite obviously was not. She then go abusive, I put the phone down.

I bet this call is on behalf of some company which must be providing harassment services to O2.
This is an insurance sales scam. Phone call starts by saying there has been an accident at your home address. Voice is Asian (of course). Hang up as quick as you can.
SCAM BT call saying account will be closed. Don’t even have a BT account!

Received a number of nuisance calls from this Northampton number, no message ever left and caller hangs up if answered.
Indian sounding gentleman, claiming that my BT broadband was dropping in and out and recieving error codes, I explained I was with Sky broadband and my broadband was working just fine and they hung up.
Anonymous caller just said hello,hung up.
