Caller claimed she was from BT and that other people were using my internet line. She wanted me to test something using my computer. She knew one of my email addresses, but not the one provided by BT. She gave daft or evasive answers to my questions. This appears to be a scam with the aim of getting me to provide personal details or perhaps remote access to my computer.

Guy rung a few times asking for Mr Richardson? Told the guy no such person. Said have a nice day and put the phone down.
Yet another PPI cold calling firm. Sounding rather dodgy. They shall not have my details...they shall never have my details! One to avoid Chaps.
