This is a devious company called Customer Calls Ltd in London. If you search for Legal and General Insurance, you will find a site high in the search results that provides a premium rate number as a contact for Legal and General. They claim the number is cheap but it is not!! My wife was charged £16 for 13 minutes plus two text messages at £3 each to provide Legal and General's contact details that are readily available on the internet for free...AVOID!!!

Ask to check colour of lights on hub and to use a computer to enter an address so they can check and correct the issue. Dont logon computer or enter the address! Called 3 times in an hour different numbers and difffernt people. Checked with virgin media and its not them!
