About 2 hours ago - Indian/Pakistan man answered this number when my computer froze and I"advice box" told me to ring it.I had clicked on the Stephen Hawkins is dead article. he told me he was going to tell me which buttons to press to fix it .I pointed out that, as I didn't have another computer, I couldn't check the number was legit. SCAM / SPAM rang me on house phone and automated message said it was my broadband provider (name not specified) and that they were going to cut it off due to illegal use. it went on to say press 1 to speak to someone.... blah blah blah, I hung up but did not ring my broadband provider from my house phone. by the way WHO CALLED ME I have no idea what automat and paid number is as an option to choose for type of call.. maybe you could explain?
