SCAM, claims that your O2 bill wasn't paid and has a link to follow. I don't think O2 would use an EE number. And my phone isn't an O2 phone.

Answered this number and there was an automated voice message "You were called today by the review centre. None of our operators are able to service your call..." I hung up at that point though the message went on.
