Apparently an EE sales promotion company who claimed my provider was EE even though it isn't. Likely a spam call and they are phoning in the hopes you're with one the biggest providers in the UK

Indian sounding gentleman called Mike from Housing Repair Scheme - at which point I hung up Fraud SCAM

I had a phone call from 02922229992 clalming to be Eon, who asked if I wanted a 'Smart meter', they wanted my account details.... RED FLAG!!!!! Eon SHOULD have my account details - well, they certainly had my phone number. I contacted Eon and they told me to block the number it wan't them....! To be hones't I wondered if this was some dirty trick Eon had dreamed up - how would THEY know I had no Smart meter..... and how did they get my phone number, no prizes for guessing sorry. SPAM this number has called 5 times today I have never answered the call and they never leave a message on the answer machine which means they are not genuine.
supposedly from my bank telling me that a very large amount of money as been taken from my account. £300.00. If this was not me to press one to be redirected. scam do not be conned.
