Asian man claiming to be from BT - I don’t have BT and his accent was so thick I had problems understanding anything he said - I presume it was a scam call

Called to say I d had an accident and a payout was waiting for me. I stopped the call at this point by saying I had not had an accident and the payout was not for me. Having said that twice the caller gave up.
