Think of the poor souls who suffer from dementia or any illness which impairs their cognitive abilities, how much money has this company stolen from such people. I think this is more than a mere nuisance. It is a calculated and vigorous campaign of deception and those responsible should be spending a minimum of two years contemplating their lies in prison. On release they should be barred from accessing any form of communication apart from dialing 999 or phoning their probation officer. Seriously!
