Told me it was Matthew from Connects / Connex and that we d spoken last week - which we hadn t. Tried to get me to talk about my weekend, when I tried to find out why he was calling me. Said he was in my area tomorrow and wondered if he could pop in to talk about BT (who we re not with). He said, you are still with them aren t you. I said no. When he tried to find out who we d switched to I said that if he didn t know then I wasn t going to say, and I hung up. Annoying, harrasing manner.
