SCAM. Amazon scam about Iphone 11 pro. They say that they are based in London, and speak very poor English. After asking some questions I have heard some offensive words and the "shut up". This is a scam call. Avoid.

Claimed to be Nancy from the Finacial Conduct Authority wanting to make sure I have my PPI that I have been awarded (totally false). There was a significant delay on the line which suggest an off-shore source.
