Luke called my mum asking for a payment for a satellite maintenance policy she took out in 2015 as she had previously agreed to do a split payment!! (Really) now my mum is elderly and I have reiterated never give her card details out!! (She had given her cvc number out to what I can assume is the same company the previous week as like a previous message they had her card details and password!! Recorded message. Rapid speech. Didn't catch who it claimed to be from, but stated that certain suspicious charges had been made to my account or card. Asked me to press option 1 etc. No doubtI would have been asked for security info in order 'to identify me'.

Lady rung saying gaurantee running out on windows. She made appointment for tmrw to do a check then asked are there any males at the address!!! After i done a few checks its all false. Theres no guarantee or check due on my windows. I rung the no. Back and she couldnt put phone down fast enough....more than once. Automated call Called by this number saying that this is a warning that some money will be taken from my account today. I have never heard of a bank that calls a person without the person calling forst so it is obviously a scam. Not sure how they scam, but I have blocked this caller now and it will be blocked forever. Just be aware and check your passwords etc on your bank details.
