We are coming to the end of a phone contract , another supplier wishing to provide a better quote?
Caller claimed to be wanting to complete a survey on behalf of Devon and Cornwall fire and rescue in relation to pole tax expenditure. Could not give me details of how he got my mobile number that the council do not have! Therefore this appears to be a scam!

constantly calling and txting me but won't answer the phone
SPAM Claimed to be from carphone warehouse working with my network provider ( they had to ask me what provider I was with and what phone I had and how much I payed ). They claimed they could get me a free upgrade for selected customers only with a cheaper sim deal. I did not get my phone or sim through carphone warehouse, so why would they contact me?
This number has called me twice a day for the last few days, when you call it back it says unavailable, doesn t seem to ring long either so get little chance to actually answer and tell them to bugger off
