Call pretending to be HMRC threatening legal action unless one speaks to an agent by pressing the number one. I did not do that as I suspect that would then be charged at an exorbitant rate.

SCAM - Said they were the energy adviser in my area and started going on about fibre glass and such in my loft. Asked it I had this in my loft and I said I wouldn't know as I live in an igloo!
Citizens advise/Government site or so they say... I kept getting this number call me, they said they where the Citizens advise calling from the government site and believed i had credit cards outstanding. i always question why are you calling me and never answer the questions they ask as i will never discuss anything personal with anyone on the phone. He kept saying well do you have outstanding debt or not? The call always cuts off after a minute or so..? Do not be fooled to call back they are not official
