Just had call from Hannah Claim injury law 02036349839. She told me I had been in a car accident, I didn t confirm I had or hadn t & asked where she got her information, she said from road traffic department. She again asked me to confirm if I had. I asked what was name of person she was wanting to speak to to which she replied does anybody else at that address drive. I asked her name of company telling her I wanted it to report them, she gave me it again.

SCAM Erg solutions ltd, take card details and take huge payments for agents to not resolve any problems DO NOT USE WILL PRETEND TO BE HELPFUL BUT RIP YOU OFF ....customer service is abysmal to non existent, electrician they sent arrived with mobile phone and what looked like a pack of cigarettes, zero tools had to use mine, did NOT fix problem and left after 10-15 m a severely disabled person unable to use sockets,independant came fixed problem within 1 hour for £40.
Heading on phone screen,came up as Potential Fraud.Did not connect.So no idea whether it was a genuine call or not ! Gut feeling was not to answer !
Got a call from this number turned out to be part of the carphone warhouse dealing with upgrades very helpful and very well priced would definatly recommend
