Unsolicited call, from a call centre claiming to be on behalf of Scottish power. Calls at all times and is very annoying.

Continual pestering calls, then phone goes down, when you answer. Advising them that any further calls they make I will charge to receive them, then issue court summons for payment. There is precedent for this, some guy won several hundreds in court last year.
