Foreign accent, said to be from Currys PC World. I'm telephone preference service listed. My phone said potential fraud. I hung up on him.

A guy called "Henry", thick Indian accent phoning from "Microsoft". I asked him real name and he just swore and hung up. Fake Microsoft scam caller.
Recruitment company fishing for openings in IT sector
I didn't recognise the whole number but knew the local code so I answered. It's Rapid Entry Rescue phoning me after one of their guys actually got me in my cat after I locked the keys inside!
I got a call from this number today, 06/03/2023, from someone claiming to be from Vodafone, I was offered a 20% discount for the last 12 months of my contract. When they asked for my name and address I ended the call. They had a strong Indian accent. I contacted Vodafone who confirmed is was a fraud.
Automated voice claiming transactions on visa master card. And did I want to cancel them
SCAM: I've probably received about 600+ calls from these people over the years. Indian call centre, claims to be from some official sounding company like UK energy services. They want a meter reading and your details to apply for government grants.
