After a long delay someone obviously from India told me he was calling from Virgin to ask if I was aware my internet was going to be cut off after 7 days. Told him I knew he wasnt from Virgin, that Virgin would have informed me by email and/or text if there was a problem with my account and if he was from Virgin, to prove it. Phone went dead

Had a missed call and I called them back (after checking that it was not going to cost me a fortune.) Spoke to Dan who was very polite and after explaining that I wasn t interested, was very understanding, remained polite, wished me a good day and hung up first. Not pushy at all.

AMAZON 02392647926 Claiming to be from Amazon about an I phone I have ordered and that £399 has been taken from my account. I do not have an Amazon account. Also, my phone number is ex directory and on TPS but I still get these annoying calls

Fraud lady caller says they’re from virginmedis regarding your broadband connection When challenged she was very abusive and put the phone down I will be reporting this but I guess not a great deal will cone of it
