I found the lady who called me very polite and clear to why she was calling. I did have a lovely lady come out to see me..she gave me lots of helpful tips and advice and also gave me the monitoring cost. Seeing as the company is SSAIB approved (as I called them to check) and the alarm system is fantastic. I went ahead with the offer. I am extremely happy with the company s services.

I had a call from Barny White who asked for my husband. I put the phone down, he immediately rang back and said he was from NCPS Nuisance call Prevention Service. He said our are had had a lot of nuisance calls and said as above for ?84.99 he could stop all these calls and after 3 years it would be free. Gave me a number to ring the same as above complainants. Received a call from this number tonight Nd on 2 other occasions in the last week. The man told me I was due an upgrade on my O2 mobile - he said he was calling from O2 but knew nothing about my phone and started asking about my bill payments to which I said you should know this information if you re calling from O2 at this point he got agitated and said he was trying to do me a favour, that I was being argumentative and unhelpful - I reminded him that he d actually called me and that I was not interested

Not even due to be paid until the 15th may called them back and closed today

Said there was a problem with my broadband and wanted to access my laptop.......beware!
