As soon as I answered the call they asked me for my postcode and first line of address, which I gave, I was then told I had failed the data protection act as the address was incorrect to the one they have, I then gave a previous address as requested and I still failed, she then hung up.

I ve put very as others are saying it s them. I have not yet answered the call to them but from What I ve seen so far they are very ott with the phone calls. I ve had nuermous missed calls of them at a unsociable time of 8.20 (trust me with 3 little ones to bed this is classed as unsociable to me) They seem very persistent and desperate to harass me. If they carry on they certainly won t see a penny off me.
