Fraud. Pretends to be from "your VISA Credit card". Very low quality call, probably from another continent. Claimed £600 had been paid to an overseas vendor, dial 2 to continue. By chance we had been spending on the card the previous day, so dialled & was connected. Gave me same story - I was speaking to the Fraud department of my credit card. I kept asking "what card?" and for clarification - after a minute of this the call handler grew tired of me and hung up
Missed call. Had two missed calls from this number. Cuts off when I try call back. Presumably a cold caller/scammer

Recorded message saying Fraud has been raised in your name by HMRC and asks caller to press 1 to hear more. Seems like a scam to me.
Asked questions about being a pet owner, home owner,, wanted to send out a free newspaper and wouldn t take no for an answer, when I stopped answering the questions he just hung up.
They call you and hang up so that you call them back at your expense several times a day. They need to be stopped.
Feel relieved to read the other messages. Hate all this scamming.

Indian accent - said he was from the credit investigation department and they had received my credit file. I just hung up and blocked the number.

Called to offer some forex work and investment.
I found a message on the answerphone saying just "I'm going to kill you today". Message came in at 10:45. Yet another number added to the Caller Barred list!
Constantly calling asking for someone I ve never heard! Repeatedly requested for them to remove me from the list but they continue to call twice a day!! Have reported them or harassment.
THIS IS A SCAM NUMBER STATING THEY WERE BANK SECURITY!
