Keeps calling and has followed up with a text
Calls about 16.30 everyday. Hangs up when you answer the call.
HSBC Fraud Detection department - genuine call. Did not ask for PIN, DOB or any other details I was not happy to provide. Told me which card they were referring to, and asked if several transactions were genuine (they were not). Stopped card, sent a new one out to me. Again, genuine and legitimate.
