requested to speak to the person dealing with the electricity providing a name of a person who had left the company 3 years ago, then asked if I knew who dealt with it now to which I responded yes, and he asked if he could speak to them and I responded we already have a broker who deals with this. so he asked about telephones and other utilities to which I responded the broker deals with these too!
