Got a call from them today - i said i wished not to take the survey and did not wish for a return call - was told the only way to stop this was to take the survey - as rung on home phone i put on speaker phone and recorded conversation wit this guy as he assures me the only way to stop the call was to take the survey and if i did not then i would keep getting calls - incredible!! his manager came on the line at my request and when asked to remove my details he said he would get sacked if he did !! Fraud SCAM Cold call. Indian voice asks you to give long card number as some payment at some time "did not go through". I remember no such occasion with an Indian agent, and if this does happen with any other, they immediately check and enter the card number again and it does go through. I said I can't just give my card number to an unknown caller for an unknown transaction, and the agent said he would get their lawyers to deal with me. I have blocked the number.
