08 Nov 2021 - Claimed to be Royal London and I was on my PC while they rang so searched "Royal London" along with the number and nothing came up. So I pressed flight mode so it seemed like the call dropped. But they sounded convincing and friendly, but the fact that it was based in Wales didn't convince me, and asked questions they deemed would be helpful to securing a cheaper policy. Reply

Call center - said it was carphone warehouse.... when I pointed out that they were calling on a work phone and I wasn't interested, they just hung up, no goodbye or sorry.... suspect it is SPAM/Scam....
These people are still calling me as they don t seemed to care that I am not interested into claiming PPI back with them. This caller always has a noisy background, like calling at a pub on a mobile? I had a few of these calls recently in the past several months, which I told them to take me off their calling list. Which this PPI team has seriously lost the plot in this scam and has created more mayhem from idiots who feel they can scam you still. As these people think I would change my mind after they phon
