SCAM: this number is texting people, claiming to be Royal Mail and asking for £2.99 to have a delivery rescheduled.

This is a genuine Santander Fraud Department number. However I suggest you always call your bank using the number on the back of your Debit/Credit Card to check. This what I did and it was confirmed my Debit Card was being used by criminals, so needed cancelling and replacing.

By the look of the searches being made now for this number it would appear that another scam is raising it's ugly head. Research shows that this is the area code for Banbridge, a suburb of Belfast and I most certainly do not have any connections with anyone in this area.No message left on answerphone so you can draw your own conclusions from that.
