So Octopus Brokers pretending to be an Energy Company, are selling private details to third parties who want to put lethal equipment in people's homes so they can cut people off when they feel like it. I will report them to the ICO. Section 4(2) of the Fraud Act 2006 covers fraud by abuse of position which the billing company deliberately omit. The are committing fraud as they have no valid contract with anyone. Smart Meters cause health issues and should be banned asap.I blocked the scammer. No consent.

SCAM Scam phone call asking for my PayPal information!! Didn’t give details asked for ‘PayPal’ to email me the problem and never received an email!!!
Fraud. Called claiming to be from Amazon Customer Services and they were worried about an order for an iPad for over £1200. I asked him why Amazon would call me from a mobile number and he advised it was because they were the “security team”! I wouldn’t let him talk and said I would just check my account online and call Amazon if there was a problem. But he said that the payment would go through on my card unless I cancelled the order with him. I told him I knew it was a scam and he hung up!
