Um I missed the call and I've been getting lots of weird phone numbers

I received a call from 02039587974 telling me they are calling from London County Court and that I have had a tax fraud case against me. They asked if I was able to make a £1198.00 payment so prevent my car being seized and sending the police out, whilst I was on the phone they tried to convince me they are calling from London Central count and asked me to google the number and rang me from the same central London county court number to assure me. I rang London court to confirm and told me it was not them

Under no circumstances should people be harassed to have smart meters installed. Secondly, once installed, you have to pay for the meter readings as it gets transferred back to them... Why should you as the consumer pay for that while they ll be making all the meter readers redundant at the same time? Thirdly, the long term plan for the smart meters is disturbing to even think about. SCAM 769256245 is the number dialled when I tried to voice call the sender of a Phishing scam text message claiming to be from "RoyalMail" which contained a dodgy link to arrange delivery of a fictional "Bezos Limited" parcel. The text was forwarded to NCSC Phishing Reports on 7726.
They have rung my mobile twice. Left no message. I have not got a clue.
