Pretending to be HMRC and threatened that I would be taken to court.

Several calls per day, goes dead if I answer but never leaves a voice message. I think they have pulled my number out of a Gumtree advert. added to my phone-book as tosspot-6 with a silent ring tone so you can ring as much as you like.
Surely no charity would call and ask for your bank details over the phone? Also there are a wide variety of charities quoted and(one) PPI. I think its a scam. If I want to donate I use just giving or the charity s own website.

These people have bee calling for some time and never left a message. I am apparently entitled to some form of "bonus" holiday weeks which I have not paid for - I hung up before they got to the point of asking for money. I consider this likely to be some form of timeshare scam.
