When I asked who was calling, they hung up. Being registered with the TPS I have reported this to Ofcom and Action Fraud.

When I asked who was calling after refusing to confirm my details the caller hung up
OPENREACH!! same old spiel.Ask them for the name of the account holder-They just put the phone down after squirming.!!
