01139202114 is EE Queens Arcade, 71 Briggate, Leeds. LS1 6LH, 08450971625. Used EE to check fibre optical broadband, they request your phone number, then obviously use it for telemarketing. Have had 2 silent calls from them, reported to Ofcom. Then a third, identifying themselves.

company made an appointment with my elderly mother to assess her home in light of cutting fuel bills he came and pressure sold her windows and doors and took a deposit of ?1000 I called same day and canceled order under 14 day cooling off period still not received the refund no answer to various emails and calls logged complaint with banks fraud dept and trading standards be wary
