The caller identified themselves as Consumer Connect when asked who they were. They alsohung up when challenged about the nature of the call. They always seem to call about midday.

I got a message that I should call this number. That was me, not quite sure of, but what should happen? When I called this number, did a bank announcement that I should by to give my credit card number. Fraud?
Was told that I was on their system as "Having had a accident in the last 3 years". As soon as I told him that I hadn't, he hung up, with out even a)saying sorry,...

Knew my name and asked about washing machine policy. I read out to him the local takeaway menu for a few minutes then asked for his order. He hung up

Answered as fed up with this number calling repeatedly. Asking me if I had ever worked in industry e.g. factories which were particularly noisy.. Obviously a claims call. Quite politely ended the call when I said I had not.
