A mumbled sales pitch about world commodity prices . Likely to be a boiler room. Laughed at the sap until he hung up.
Scammers. Ask you to run a windows command ( Assoc ) which magically confirms your computer number (888dca ... d062), but turns out to be the same on every recent Windows machine. Then ask you to go onto one of a few websites (e.g. www.support.me) to control your PC. Act dumb, take ages and annoy them, but never get as far as giving them control!!!
