Automated call from “my internet service provider” stating that illegal activity has been detected on my account and my service would be disconnected within 24-48 hours….Then gave me a load of options…press 1, press 2…etc presumably to get me to speak to someone so that they could access money in some form or other. Caller + a so called supervisor very difficult to make out and english sounded from another country. As soon as I asked what company they represented and connection with my company they hung up straight away.
Another 3 calls from this number. Strung him along, he said he was based in call centre in India, different to Manchester that he told me yesterday. Also gave different company name.

Appreciate this seems to be a legit and helpful company from the other messages left here, but I just received a call from these guys and had no idea why they were calling me. They were talking about new government releases and just lots of jargon basically. Would have preferred a straight forward plain English this is who we are and what we do type approach...
