I apparently missed their call but they left a voicemail saying..."You have missed a call with regards to a survey you agreed to give" but gave no indication of who the company was.....I NEVER agree to do surveys

They say they are British Telecom but not BT!!? They said that from today my internet connection will be not working, did I know that? As if!!! So they need to fix it by going through some step that they tell me over the phone.. I guess like going to a browser and enter some URL thus they can take over my PC. What a waste of time people!!!
