It was difficult to hear the company name, but claimed to be something to do with an IVA (individual voluntary arrangement), whereby you could write off up to 80% of unsecured debt. Sounds like a scam

If you get a call you should answer or call back as the problem is that the initial database maker sells your number on to other junk call companies. If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. If you don t the problem of nuisance calls will get worse. You can then call the initial seller and ask to be removed from the main database. Pinpoint (Call Solutions) Ltd. This is a scam number. Please see Daily Express article online on 18 Jan 2021 The message I got reads "LLOYDS ALERT: You have successfully paired a new device on ...." etc., followed by a fairly convincing looking link. This is clearly a scam and designed to get bank details from unsuspecting potential victims.
Have had 5 calls over the last 3 days. No one answers. When I dail the number the phone line is dead. call dropped

I didn't answer the call as I didn't recognise the number. Now I have read the comments about it, I certainly won't answer if they ring me again.
