Phone call received with a terrible line connection. Could not make out the company name. The callers reponse was very delayed as if it was a cold call machine. It asked me if i had been in a car accident so i replied no and hung up.

Listed as a cold caller on internet sites. Based in Chelsmsford. Left no message.

Sorry you re all getting harrassed by that. We recently got harrassed too by multiple numbers, be it America, Germany etc. These are the very famous people from India with their "Microsoft Technical Support". Don t answer calls that are from outside the UK or wherever you live in and dont even answer numbers that are too short to even be valid.

Hope this helps. I sent a letter of complaint to David Rushton the company director who agreed in writing to pay my full deposit back by October. When asked said that his company was Ifonic (with an F), was registered with the FSA who had supplied them with my phone number in a database. I thanked him and rang off as you would do.
